POWER TRAINING

COST: $20.00 a session (12, 24, 36 session packages)

Power is the most sort after physical attribute by combat athletes. It is a combination of strength and speed. In combat sports (boxing, wrestling, MMA etc.) explosive strength can be the difference between winning and losing. I tell my students all the time: you don't have to be 200 lbs., you just have to be able to hit like your 200 lbs. That's power!
