COST: $20.00 a session (12, 24, 36 session packages)

FREQUENCY: 2 - 4 days per week

Can you lift yourself over a bar? How about pull yourself out of a swimming pool onto the side? Can you do push-ups touching your chest to the floor, and without resting on your knees? Everyone can benefit from strength training. It is the type of weight training most needed by people, yet many are overly concerned with building muscle then strength. In these sessions you'll increase your total-body strength. You'll pull, push, carry, drag, lift and slam.
